Jyoti Premium uses one universal Jyoti login across supported desktop web BETA, tablet and mobile devices. At present, new subscriptions and billing must be set up in the Jyoti mobile app through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Already subscribed? You do not need to buy another subscription for desktop access. Open the Jyoti Desktop Web BETA and sign in with the same Jyoti account you use on mobile.
Four simple steps
Getting your Premium access onto the bigger screen.
Create your Jyoti account
Register in the mobile app. Remember the email/login you use, because the same account is used on desktop.
Start Jyoti Premium
Choose your subscription in the mobile app. Apple or Google handles the subscription setup and billing.
Sign in on the web
Open the Jyoti Desktop Web BETA on your desktop or laptop and sign in with the same Jyoti login. Your Premium access follows your account.
One universal login across your devices.
Use Jyoti on web desktop or laptop when you want a larger screen, on a tablet for portable larger-screen practice, and on iOS or Android when you are on the move. Desktop access is an additional benefit of Jyoti Premium and is particularly useful for desk workers.
If your Premium access does not appear immediately
Make sure you used the same Jyoti account
The mobile app and Desktop Web BETA must use the same Jyoti login. Signing into a different email/account will not show the subscription attached to your original account.
I have just subscribed
Give the subscription a short moment to update, then use the Desktop Web BETA’s CHECK MY PREMIUM ACCESS button again.
I changed phones or reinstalled the app
Sign into the same Jyoti account on mobile. If needed, use the mobile app’s restore-purchases option so Apple or Google can restore your store purchase.
Do I pay separately for desktop?
No. Desktop Web BETA access is an additional Jyoti Premium benefit. At present the subscription itself is purchased and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
