Is Jyoti suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. Jyoti is designed to feel welcoming for people who are new to yoga, returning after a break or rebuilding confidence with movement.
Can I use Jyoti from a chair?
Yes. YogaBuilder™ includes mobility-based choices and the app contains chair and supported movement options. Choose what feels appropriate for your body.
Do I need special yoga clothes or equipment?
No. Situational Yoga is specifically designed for real places and ordinary clothes. Some sessions may be more comfortable with a stable chair, mat or simple support.
Is the app medical advice?
No. Jyoti is for general wellness, movement, education and relaxation. It does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. Seek professional advice if you have injuries, symptoms or health concerns.
What devices are supported?
Jyoti is currently available for compatible iPhone and iPad devices. Check the App Store listing for the latest operating-system requirements. Android is in development.
What does the subscription include?
One subscription unlocks YogaBuilder™, Situational Yoga, on-demand videos, audio journeys, wellbeing tools, progress tracking, community features and Ai Jyoti guidance.
Are live classes included?
No. The Jyoti app is an on-demand experience. Jyoti also runs separate live online classes through her established Over 50s Yoga teaching website.
Can I work directly with Jyoti?
Yes. If you want exclusive 1:1 online support, email Jyoti directly and she can discuss availability and suitability.
