1. Scope and agreement
These terms govern use of the Jyoti app, website, YogaBuilder™ and related services. By downloading, registering or using the services, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Health, safety and medical disclaimer
Jyoti provides general wellness, movement, relaxation and educational content. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified professional if you have concerns and stop immediately if you feel unwell or unsafe.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate information, protect your login details and notify us of unauthorised access.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Premium features require a subscription purchased through the relevant app store. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. App store terms, local prices, taxes, cancellation and refund rules also apply.
Apple users are additionally subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
5. Cancellation
Cancellations normally take effect at the end of the current billing period, subject to platform rules and consumer law.
6. Acceptable use
Do not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass security, misuse community features, upload unlawful content or interfere with the services. Personal subscriptions are for personal, non-commercial use unless agreed otherwise.
7. Suspension and service changes
Access may be suspended for misuse, fraud, unlawful activity or risk to users or the service. Features may change, be maintained or be discontinued where reasonably necessary.
8. Intellectual property
Jyoti content, software, designs, videos, audio, characters, YogaBuilder™ and associated branding are owned by or licensed to Jyoti Wellness Ltd. No ownership is transferred to users.
9. Third-party services and user content
Third-party links and platforms have their own terms. Users remain responsible for content they submit. We may remove content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive or infringing.
10. Warranties and liability
The services are provided on an “as available” basis, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded. We do not exclude liability where the law prohibits exclusion.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer rights in the user’s country.
